Before starting any construction work it becomes necessary to clear the place from any previous structure, the unwanted grass, boulder etc.

After the site clearance, the layout of the structure at the site can be planned with respect to the given foundation plans. A foundation is the lower portion of building a structure that transfers its gravity loads to the earth.

Building the structure to provide support in the construction of the building, using columns and beams to provide strength for carrying the load expected to come on the various parts of the structure in a safe and well-distributed manner. Stairs and Boundary walls are also built during this stage.

The Roof is extremely important to protect the inside of the house from the external weather conditions.

Initial Electrical and lighting will begin, and only during the finishing touched, the electrical will also get finalized.

Initial Plumbing will be done with the Electrical, and will only get finalized during the Finishing touched stage.

Plastering work can commence after the initial lighting and electrical plumbing work has been completed. Installing the drywall and closing the walls.

Cabinets installation, shelves and all other interior installation work can start once the walls have been completely installed.

Painting can start after all the wall fixtures and Cabinets have been installed.

Flooring works can commence after the initial wiring works and primer coat is done to the interior walls. There are many types of floors according to their uses, economy and required the level of finishing.

Small fixes and touch-ups to make sure all small imperfections are fixed; as well as installing the last pieces to the house (finishing Electrical and Plumbing).

Once the House has been completed, we can start the “hardscaping” – the driveway, patio and walkways, and then the “landscaping” plan can be put into action – the irrigation system, laying of grass bed and planting of trees, as well as outdoor lighting, to be considered.
